Return Policy
This Return Policy is designed in compliance with the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait, including the Consumer Protection Law, to ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers.
1. Conditions for Return
Customers may return purchased eyewear under the following conditions:
- Defective Products: If the eyewear has a manufacturing defect or is damaged at the time of delivery/purchase.
- Incorrect Item: If the product delivered does not match the customer's order (e.g., wrong model, color, or prescription).
- Change of Mind:
- Returns due to a change of mind are acceptable if the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including tags, accessories, and manuals, also there will be return / replacement charges for 2KD for order from Kuwait, and for the full shipping fee depending on the country the order come from.
- Returns for customized or prescription eyewear are not allowed unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Period
- Customers must request a return within 2 days from the date of delivery.
3. Return Process
- Initiating a Return:

- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice).
- Inspection:
- All returned items will be inspected by our team to verify their condition and eligibility for return.
- Approval:
- If approved, the customer can choose between:
- A full refund (processed within 3-5 business days.
- Exchange for a different product.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the purchase.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized Eyewear: Prescription lenses, engraved frames, or any eyewear altered to customer specifications.
- Damaged Items: Items that show signs of misuse, wear and tear, or damage caused after purchase.
6. Exemptions and Legal Compliance
- This policy complies with Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law, which allows for product returns within 24 hours if the product has a defect or was sold under misleading terms.
- Customers are encouraged to review and inspect the product upon receipt.
If the payment method was through tabby there will be deductions 2kd when cancel or refund the order
